Summer is officially here for my family! We have a family tradition of making homemade ice-cream for my wife on Mother's Day. Since my wife recently had major knee surgery and did not feel good on Mother's Day, we made her homemade ice-cream on Memorial Day. This morning started off bad. I use my cell phone as an alarm, I did not plug my phone into the charger correctly and my phone battery went completely down; therefore, my alarm did not go off to wake me up. I typically get up at 4:30 AM to get ready for work and I over slept 2 hours! It is the beginning of Summer and the mowing season is just getting started. Both my boys have always helped out with chores around the house.
