While driving around the MUDDY back roads after a big rain in East Texas, I came across a creek that was flowing over the road. When I drove up to the water, I had to stop to make sure I really wanted to cross the creek as it rose over the road. It is that time of year, what all of us Dads like, Backyard Bar-B-Ques. It is Spring Break here in Texas and after a rough week at work, I cleaned up our Weber Grill for the beginning of the backyard Bar-B-Q season.
